Those platforms charge upwards of 20% for their fees. We have a flat rate of 5% which covers our transaction handling. We also offer last minute specials on our vacation rentals not advertised elsewhere.
We require a 50% deposit at time of booking, 50% balance due 30 days before arrival. Security deposits are required on all of our homes and will be charged at the time of the balance due. Homes are inspected immediately after check out and security deposits returned 3 days post check out.
Please see the cancellation policy for the specific home you are interested in. Most of the policies are 100% cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% refund within 14 days, and 0% after that. Some of our homes offer a closer to arrival policy.
Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Early check in/late check out is always accommodated if possible, however, we will not know until the day before your arrival/departure. During high season, early check in/late check out is not possible.
Please see the specific home in which you are interested to see if pets are allowed. We have several that welcome your furry footed family members.
Yes, when you book you are agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. A digital signature will be required.
