Our hours of operation are 7 am to 8 pm for normal operations. Feel free to contact us via messaging within the booking platform with any issues or questions that may arise during that time. We will not be responding to messages outside of those times. In the event of an emergency after hours please TEXT ONLY (DO NOT CALL) 951-837-0644. An emergency consists of blood, flood, fire, or lock out ONLY. It DOES NOT include issues with air conditioning, heaters, cleaning, supplies, a random hair, a dirty spot on the floor, etc. While we love all of our guests, we have families that need our undivided attention as well and we are very much practicing the spirit of the origins of the short term rental world which is home sharing. We kindly ask that you remember are not a hotel. with 24 hour on site management. We are also a small mountain town with limited services. Handyman related issues, cleaning issues, etc. will all be handled during normal business hours. Thank you kindly for understanding and respecting this.
